Justice of Peace – UN-POLAC

Mr. Francis Etuk is a research consultant servicing the information needs of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) on the restoration of livelihoods and strengthening the cultural resilience of communities in North East Nigeria. Mr. Etuk is a Story teller. He studied Journalism, Public   Relations and Advertising at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ) – Lagos. He holds a B.A. in History and Diplomatic Studies from the University of Abuja, Nigeria.
